Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Carriage is paid on deliveries with a nett invoice value over £150.00 yo destination on the Great Britain mainland except in respect of machine tools and items wich in the judgment of the Company are bulky or heavy in which event carriage is charged. Carriage is paid on all deliveries (except as aforesaid) with a nett invoice value over £250.00 to destinations in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Scilly Isles and the Scottish islands. Delivery will be by transport of the Company's choice; if the customer requests special delivery arrangements they will be charged for these arrangements. Claims for damage, shortage or partial loss in transit shall be notified in writing, by letter or facsimile to the carrier and to the Company's condition in relation to claims for damage, shortage and partial loss in transit must be strictly complied with. Claims for total loss in transit should be notified in writing (by letter or by facsimile) to the carrier and the Company within 7 days of receipt of invoice. If the carrier's conditions are not strictly complied with, the customer will indemnity the Company against all loss resulting therefrom.

Delivery Schedule Delivery of goods will normally be within 10 working days from receipt of purchase instructions unless otherwise requested or advised by The Company. Orders will remain valid and binding notwithstanding delay in delivery. The Company will not be liable for any delay in the delivery, failure to deliver, consequential or other loss due to any cause beyond the control of The Company's reasonable control. The Company reservers the right where appropriate to delivery in installments.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
